Feel Human Again in 60 Minutes.

Long-haul flights deplete your body in four simultaneous ways: dehydration from dry cabin air, circadian rhythm disruption, immune suppression from recirculated air and crowded environments, and the physical stress of prolonged immobility. IV therapy addresses all four — delivering hydration, nutrients, and anti-fatigue support directly into the bloodstream for faster recovery than sleep and water alone can provide.

Post-travel depletion checklist:
  • Extreme fatigue after landing
  • Unable to sleep at the right time
  • Headache, brain fog, or disorientation
  • Bloating, constipation, or GI upset
  • Starting to feel sick within 48 hours of landing
  • Important meeting or event the next day

The Science of Post-Flight Depletion

Long-haul air travel is a genuinely physiologically stressful experience. Understanding exactly what happens to your body during flight explains why IV therapy produces such rapid recovery.

💧
Accelerated dehydrationCabin relative humidity is typically 10–20% — significantly lower than normal indoor air (30–60%). At this humidity, you lose roughly one liter of water per hour through respiration and skin evaporation — without sweating. On a 10-hour flight, this equates to significant fluid deficit before accounting for the diuretic effect of altitude, alcohol, or caffeinated beverages consumed during travel.
Circadian disruptionThe circadian rhythm is the master clock governing sleep-wake cycles, hormone secretion, body temperature, and metabolism. Crossing multiple time zones forces a rapid phase shift that the circadian system was not designed to accommodate. The result is misaligned cortisol and melatonin rhythms, impaired sleep consolidation, cognitive fogginess, and mood instability that can persist for days.
🦁
Immune suppressionRecirculated cabin air, proximity to hundreds of people, and the physiological stress of travel all suppress immune function. Dehydration further impairs mucosal barrier defenses in the nasal and respiratory passages — the first line of defense against airborne pathogens. The 48–72 hours after landing are a high-vulnerability window for respiratory infections.
💔
Electrolyte disruptionDehydration from cabin air causes disproportionate losses of electrolytes — particularly sodium, potassium, and magnesium. These losses produce headache, muscle cramping, fatigue, and cognitive impairment that compound the circadian disruption effects. Oral rehydration alone is insufficient when electrolyte deficits exist — the gut absorbs water more effectively when electrolytes are replaced simultaneously.
B-vitamin depletionThe physiological stress of travel, sleep disruption, and altered dietary patterns during transit accelerate B-vitamin turnover. B vitamins are essential for energy production, neurotransmitter synthesis, and circadian rhythm regulation — including the melatonin synthesis pathway that requires B6. Rapid B-complex repletion via IV supports faster circadian realignment after crossing time zones.
🌍
Oxidative stress accumulationAltitude exposure increases cosmic radiation exposure, and the metabolic demands of travel increase oxidative stress throughout the body. High-dose IV Vitamin C and glutathione rapidly clear this oxidative burden — supporting immune function and reducing the fatigue that oxidative stress contributes to post-flight.

If you felt yourself getting sick on the plane or in the days after landing, this high-dose Vitamin C, zinc, and B-complex protocol provides immune rescue support — often preventing a full illness from developing when administered at the first sign of symptoms.

  • High-dose Vitamin C IV (10-20x oral absorption)
  • Zinc for viral defense
  • Glutathione antioxidant push
  • Full hydration base

Executive Recovery
NAD+ + Hydration
From $200

For executives and frequent travelers who need to perform at a high cognitive level the day after arrival. NAD+ combined with hydration and B-complex addresses the cellular energy deficit that underlies post-flight cognitive impairment — sharpening focus and reducing the "foggy" quality that persists beyond simple fatigue.

  • Restores cellular energy production
  • Clears post-flight cognitive fog
  • Combined with full hydration protocol
  • 250mg ($200) to 500mg ($400) typical dose

Schedule your immune IV 24–48 hours before a long-haul flight. Entering the flight with optimized Vitamin C, zinc, and hydration status gives your immune system the resources to resist the cabin environment exposure — reducing post-travel illness risk significantly.

  • Front-loads immune nutrients before exposure
  • Reduces post-travel illness risk
  • Maintains hydration entering the flight
  • Same-day booking available

"Flying is uniquely dehydrating in a way that most people underestimate. You lose water constantly through breath in that ultra-dry cabin air — without feeling thirsty the way you would during exercise. By the time you land, you're often 1–2 liters down in addition to electrolyte losses. IV rehydration after a long flight isn't a luxury — it's physiology. And for business travelers who have to perform the next morning, it's often the difference between being sharp and being a liability."

Travel Recovery FAQ

Same day or the next morning is ideal. The earlier you address the dehydration and nutrient depletion, the faster your recovery. We are open daily 10am–7pm and same-day appointments are typically available. If you have a high-stakes meeting or event, same-day post-arrival treatment before evening is the optimal strategy.
Significantly faster. Oral fluids must be absorbed through the GI tract, which limits the rate of fluid delivery to tissues. IV hydration delivers fluid directly into circulation, reaching tissues within minutes. One liter of IV saline is physiologically equivalent to several liters of oral water in terms of restoration speed — which is exactly why IV fluids are used in hospital settings rather than asking dehydrated patients to drink.
IV therapy addresses the physiological components of jet lag — dehydration, nutrient depletion, immune suppression, and fatigue — very effectively. It does not directly reset the circadian clock, which takes 1–2 days per time zone crossed to fully realign. What it does is remove the physiological drag that makes jet lag so debilitating, allowing your body to recover its sleep architecture faster than it otherwise would.
