These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and SMS messaging services provided by Viva IV Therapy LLC. By submitting a form on our website, you agree to these Terms.
Viva IV Therapy LLC operates an SMS messaging program that sends text messages to patients and prospective patients who opt in through forms on vivatherapy.com. The SMS program is used for the following messaging use cases:
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month depending on your selections.
To opt out and stop receiving SMS messages from Viva IV Therapy, text STOP to any message we send you. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may also opt out by calling (480) 508-8482 or emailing info@vivatherapy.com. To re-subscribe, text START or submit a new opt-in form on our website.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all text messages sent and received as part of this program. Viva IV Therapy does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan's messaging and data rates.
Mobile carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Viva IV Therapy is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your wireless carrier or network conditions. Message delivery is subject to your network operator's effective transmission.
Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Viva IV Therapy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will immediately remove them from our messaging list.
You can opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting a health quiz or contact form on vivatherapy.com. Two separate SMS consent checkboxes appear above the form submit button — one for transactional messages and one for optional marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving medical services. Your consent is never sold or shared with third parties.
Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our website and services are for informational and appointment-scheduling purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. All treatments are administered under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. You agree not to misuse our website or services in any way that violates applicable laws. We may update these Terms at any time — the "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
